Luxury, pampering and privacy are the hallmark of this elegant and romantic B&B.  Three miles of hiking trails wind through the hills, fields and maple woods of our 115 acre property--all adjacent to nearly a mile of private wooded lake shore. The land also boasts two wetlands: The Beaverbog and Peeper's Pond. Canoes, rowboats, lawn games and snowshoes offer guests the best of Minnesota's seasonal activities. Skiers with their own equipment can break trail on lake or land.

This Bed and Breakfast boasts a multitude of amenities, including in-room fireplaces, whirlpools for two, luxury linens and private breakfasts All five guest rooms have balconies or porches with lake views. It is a perfect place for honeymoons and weddings.

Loghouse and Homestead Bed and Breakfast on Spirit Lake is an historical B&B comprised of two very different structures: the 1902 Swedish Homestead original to the property and the innkeeper’s great-great-grandfather’s 1889 Loghouse, which was moved intact from northern Minnesota and still wears its original interior whitewash. Six generations of the innkeeper’s family have slept under its roof. Now you can too.

Located in picturesque Otter Tail County, this B&B is surrounded by more than 1,000 sparkling lakes, rolling hills and curving roads, free of billboards and full of wildlife. It is a verdant land in summer, a riot of color in autumn and pristine white in winter—a lovely playground in any season.
